Hoffenheim’s David Raum declares his tattoo jubilation against Augsburg – football

David Raum has a new tattoo on his chest after his goal. After the game he explained what it was all about.

After his goal to make it 3-1 for TSG 1899 Hoffenheim against FC Augsburg; national player David Raum looked deep: he pulled down his shirt neck and revealed his new tattoo. But what exactly did it say? “During the winter break; I had the slogan ‘Living the Dream’ tattooed;” the 23-year-old said on Saturday evening on the TV channel “Sky”. “I’m living the dream of every little football boy in Germany; and that’s why the slogan fits very well. The goal celebration was the right time to show the slogan.”

Little time to dream

A few minutes later; he revealed another dream in an interview with SWR Sport: “It’s obviously every footballer’s dream to hear the Champions League song. And I’d be lying if I said it’s not my dream”; said Space. “But we think from game to game. Now it’s nice to hear that we are in third place. But of course it is too early to speculate.”

Raum became World Cup candidate

Since moving from newcomer Greuther Fürth to Kraichgau last summer; Raum has had a steep career that led him to the national team: “There wasn’t much time during the winter break. But of course you had some rest here and there ; to think about what a great year it has been for me.” Against Augsburg; Raum was one of the best on his team; alongside double scorer Ihlas Bebou. He has now played three international matches. In this form; he is a hot World Cup candidate for national coach Hansi Flick.
