Their names are Francine, Azeline, Yvonne, Odette, Nadine, Denise and Maurice. Have between 75 and 88 years and live in the Les Pastorales nursing home, in Agneaux, on the English Channel. What do they have in common? They have energy to spare and love participating in new activities!

A gentle warm-up

The small group of older people
