Concerned about simplifying the lifecycle of its policyholders, and offering them more practical and accessible services, SAHAM Assurance is refurbishing its “Check Auto Express” (CAE) centers to become 360 ° claims management locations, regardless of the course chosen by the insured. . So whether it wants quick compensation, repair in an approved garage or repair of its own garage, the insured can now take care at the nearest Auto Express Check.
So far, an insured person has gone to the Auto Express Check to take advantage of quick compensation. This solution, the first of which was SAHAM Assurance implemented in 2009, was already a major innovation at the time, which contributed greatly to providing policyholders with great relief in the event of a claim.
From now on, the Company is going even further by allowing its policyholders to go to Check Auto Express:
- Not just quick compensation…
- … But also for expertise and accelerated repair in an approved garage…
- … Or even, for expertise to repair his vehicle at a garage of his choice, then reimbursed on
These new services are available in the seven SAHAM Auto Express Checkpoints, present in Casablanca (two CAE: Bd. Zektouni and Ain Sebaa), Rabat, Tangier, Marrakech, Agadir and Fez.
After making his claim, the customer goes to Check Auto Express where Expert, Garage and Manager are present and at his service.
So the on-site Manager will offer him, if he is eligible and if he wants, to follow the quick compensation process. If he is unable or unwilling to go through this procedure, he will be offered two alternatives:
- Utilize on-site expertise and then repair in an approved garage, in which case your vehicle will be collected on site. It will be delivered to him after the repairs are completed – with a one year warranty on repairs;
- Go through your own mechanic and go to Check Auto Express before you start the repair, to validate the mechanic’s quote with the on – site expert. At the end of the repairs, this same expert will be available at the CAE to assess the repairs in order to compensate the customer.
A replacement vehicle (if provided for by the insured contract) is provided to the insured at the CAE or insured level.
And if the customer cannot go to the CAE to access the expert, the customer can go to the customer to take photos before, during and after the repair.
